A DeepSeek Harness (DSH) bundle that self-installs the 选题工程师（AFP双线路） (Topic Engineer, AFP Dual-Track) agent preset — the Academic-Topic-Auto-Flow v1.0 academic paper topic-selection engine.

Dual tracks: Track A degree thesis (research unit → dimension → qualifier → literature calibration & GAP → question chain → topic design report) and Track B journal paper (journal DNA → momentum → unit → dimension → qualifier → perspective → method → preset viewpoint → title shaping → final scoring). A dual-role engine (🟢 topic engineer + 🔴 academic auditor) reviews every step, with heartbeat, absolute step-by-step, Pull-mode interaction, and an anti-hallucination firewall.
